RENGAL

Terms

Terms of Service.

Last updated: May 16, 2026. These terms are the baseline rules for using RENGAL. RENGAL means the RENGAL service and its operator. If you create an account, access the app, join a community, or use any RENGAL client, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to use online services in your jurisdiction.
  • If you use RENGAL for an organization, community, or group, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
  • You may not use RENGAL if you are barred from using the service under applicable law or prior enforcement action.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, credentials, devices, and activity. Keep your password secure, use a real email address you control, and contact support if you notice suspicious activity. RENGAL may require email verification, password reset, or other security steps before account access is allowed.

Acceptable use

  • Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, dox, spam, defraud, distribute malware, or violate the law.
  • Do not post, send, upload, stream, or coordinate illegal, abusive, exploitative, hateful, or harmful content.
  • Do not attempt to access accounts, communities, systems, APIs, tokens, files, or data you are not allowed to access.
  • Do not disrupt RENGAL through scraping, automated abuse, denial-of-service activity, excessive traffic, reverse engineering, or security bypasses.
  • Do not misuse reports, support channels, payment systems, or moderation tools.
  • Respect the rules of communities you join and the people you interact with.

Content and permissions

You are responsible for the content you post, send, upload, pin, react to, stream, or share. You keep ownership of content you create, but you give RENGAL permission to store, transmit, display, process, moderate, back up, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

Do not upload or share content unless you have the rights and permissions needed to do so. If content is removed, restricted, or unavailable, RENGAL is not required to keep a separate copy for you.

Communities and moderation

  • Community owners and moderators are responsible for community rules, roles, permissions, safety, and day-to-day moderation.
  • RENGAL may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, disable communities, or preserve records when needed for safety, legal, abuse-prevention, or reliability reasons.
  • Reports should include enough context for review, such as links, timestamps, screenshots, account handles, request IDs, or issue bundles where available.
  • Moderation decisions may not always be reversible, especially where safety, legal compliance, or abuse prevention is involved.

Voice, calls, and live features

RENGAL includes live features such as calls and Halls. You are responsible for how you use live rooms and for following community rules and applicable laws. RENGAL may limit, disconnect, mute, moderate, or disable live features to protect users, service quality, or compliance.

Apps, updates, and downloads

RENGAL may be available through web, desktop, and mobile clients. Clients may update over time, and some older versions may stop working or require an update. Download clients only from official RENGAL links or trusted app stores when available.

Paid features

RENGAL may offer paid features, subscriptions, upgrades, or billing-supported services in the future. Paid terms, pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and tax details will be shown at purchase or in the relevant billing flow. Billing support can be handled through support until dedicated billing flows are live.

Third-party services

RENGAL may depend on third-party infrastructure, storage, email, push notification, payment, analytics, app store, and support providers. Their services may have separate terms and privacy practices. RENGAL is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Service changes and availability

RENGAL will keep evolving as new releases ship. Features may be added, changed, limited, paused, or removed to protect reliability, safety, legal compliance, or product quality. We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Enforcement

If you violate these terms or create risk for users, communities, RENGAL, or third parties, we may warn you, remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, disable communities, block access, or take other reasonable action. Serious violations may be handled without advance notice.

Disclaimers

RENGAL is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, RENGAL disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, and error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RENGAL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to RENGAL for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 USD if you paid nothing.

Indemnity

If your misuse of RENGAL, violation of these terms, or content you provide causes claims, losses, or costs for RENGAL or others, you agree to take responsibility for those claims to the extent allowed by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as RENGAL changes. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the site, app, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use of RENGAL after an update means the updated terms apply from their effective date.
