Use this for account trouble, bug reports, release questions, or anything blocking your group from using RENGAL comfortably.

Account access

Try password reset first. If verification, login, or reset links still fail, send the account email and the time it happened.

Messaging or calls

Include the platform, the guild or DM context, what failed, and whether it happened on web, desktop, or mobile.

Desktop updates

Include the installed version, whether it was a fresh install or an update, and any installer or update message you saw.

Helpful details

  • Account email or handle.
  • Platform: web, desktop, iOS, or Android.
  • Client version and browser/device.
  • What you expected, what happened instead, and whether it repeats.
  • Any request ID, timestamp, screenshot, or issue bundle.

Account help

Password reset and email verification live in the app: forgot password and verify email. If those links do not work, email support with the account address.

Before reporting

  • Refresh the web app or fully restart the desktop/mobile app.
  • Check whether the issue happens on another client, such as web versus desktop.
  • Keep screenshots free of private tokens, reset links, or sensitive messages unless support explicitly asks for them.
